  25. Because AT needs it to compete and make larger profits.  VIScom maybe the new
  26. owner but AT has already invested X amount of R&D and hopefully some T&E by
  27. now.  Would you want to stop a project and watch what you just bought go down
  28. a rat hole?  In this industry time is a major consideration.  AT is behind the
  29. powercurve with leading edge systems and this will propell AT back up with the
  30. rest of the pack.  I doubt that VIScom will want to slow down this critical
  31. project.  Speed it up perhaps, but to slow it down will lessen the value of
  32. their recently bought item.  And as we've seen with ESCOM, CEOs have hell to
  33. pay for dropping stockmarket prices..........
